Shipping Policy  

Our goal at Slim Total is to get you the product you ordered as soon as possible. They are shipped promptly with USPS either by First Class Mail or Priority. You usually receive your order in 2-3 business days on the average and even quicker with Priority Mail. If you wish an alternate method of shipment, you can notify us and we will comply. You will be notified at the time of shipment. We do not charge your credit card unless your product is in stock and ready to be shipped.  The name that will appear on your credit card statement is "Nutrix Naturals, Inc."

If you are shipping to a location that is different from your billing address then we will not ship replacement goods in the event the initial shipment is not received.

Unlike some companies, we do not charge extra for packaging materials. You shipping charge includes everything needed to ship safely.

Many companies will also put you on their auto ship list without making it clear to you. We will never never auto ship! If you wish to re-order, please place your order again.

If after 10 business days you have not received your package you have one week to contact us, although you agree that delivery confirmation by United States Postal Service will suffice as proof that you have received the item(s) ordered and that Slim Total is not responsible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Canadian Residents can expect their order in 6-10 business days while other countries should allow 7-14 business days. Shipping Fees vary depending on the Shipping Destination Country as well as the Weight of the Package. The Final Shipping and Handling Fees will be displayed on the final page of checkout. We reserve the right to modify shipping fees after the placement of your order.

In case of any Free shipping promotions, please note they apply to U.S. orders only. You are responsible for knowing the laws and customs procedures of your country for a particular product. Please note that you may be charged duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees. You are entirely responsible, and agree to pay all duties and/or taxes and/or brokerage fees. There is no way for us to know the exact amount. If you refuse payment of any fees, you agree that we may process and charge the credit card used for your purchase for any fees billed to our company. You take full responsibility for your package once it comes into your country. We are not liable for items lost/stolen/seized by customs or not allowed into your country. If your package is refused in any way you are not entitled to a refund. There are no refunds for any reason on orders shipped outside of the United States unless you choose the shipping option Air International with signature.
